30. Teacher Transfer Season: Job Interviews. Resignation Letters - what you need to know
Jun 20, 2024

Hello!

Miss S and Miss D are back and today we have an episode where we discuss the things that teachers have to remember during teacher transfer season. Often there is movement in schools - just like in any other workplace - but schools can sometimes have their own challenges. Who is going where? What does that mean for class allocations? Who is going for Head of Department roles? It's all happening!

Wouldn't it be lovely if we could have the generous transfer monies paid to footballers? We can daydream. But seriously, preparing for job interviews and writing resignation letters is tough for teachers at all stages of their career and experience. We share our thoughts and hope that it sparks a conversation in your classroom.. with the door closed of course.
