Today, we are talking about performative allyship during Black History Month. Schools can be effective agents of change but often they are not. Sometimes, it goes wrong and in this episode we share some of our recent experiences of how it has gone..very wrong.
With the best intentions, we do have to remember that schools and education are not always as progressive as we might like or expect.
